Refund policy

Because Built for Impact is offered free of charge, we generally do not issue refunds for shipping charges once an order has been processed and shipped.

If your book arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, send a replacement copy.
