Shipping Charges

While the book is provided at no cost, customers are responsible for applicable shipping and handling charges. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout before your order is finalized.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and USPS service.

Tracking Information

If tracking information is available, it will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue by investigating the shipment and, when appropriate, sending a replacement copy.
