That's what this session is for. You'll spend 90 minutes with an Impact Strategist who's built dozens of these, working directly from your draft, not starting from scratch. You'll leave with a provisional draft of a dashboard that you can start using at a basic level and grow it from there; not just an idea of what one could look like.

Ninety minutes, one on one with an Impact Strategist. A working session built entirely around what you've already drafted, not a generic template walkthrough. A finished first draft of your Impact Dashboard by the end of the call, ready to bring to your team. A short written summary afterward so nothing gets lost between the call and your next staff meeting.
